Camps

The Muslim Youth Movement hosts Orientation camps over weekends, as well as a week long National Youth Camp during the winter holidays. These camps are held for high school and tertiary students and they allow our youth to meet in an Islamic environment, to learn Islamic teachings, practice, pray, develop and to grow together. The camps attract participants from the Eastern Cape, Limpopo, Gauteng, Free State, North West, Zimbabwe, Malawi and KwaZulu Natal. Some lectures delivered at the camp are on the Prophet Mohamed (SAW) as an exemplary Leader, Developing Value Systems, Tawheed, Anti-Racism Education, sports & cultural activities. The programme also includes an excursion and an outreach activity.
